The Compliance Tab helps users understand the progress of a Case toward compliance. The tab is comprised of a few key elements that help paint a full picture of the Case's compliance:
Compliance Score
Requirement Breakdown
Policy Compliance Breakdown
Arrows and numbered callouts point to the Compliance Score (1), Requirement Breakdown (2), and Policies / Policy Compliance Breakdown (3) sections.
1. Compliance Score
The compliance score provides an overview of the number of compliant, non-compliant, missing and waived items on all the policies associated with the Case.
Note: When a policy expires, it is automatically excluded from the compliance calculation. Its score clears in the Policies tab, and the Compliance tab resets until a new term or policy is created.
2. Requirement Breakdown
The requirement breakdown lists the overall coverages required for each policy based on the risk profile selected for the Case.
The fields under each coverage type expand and collapse to provide a more in-depth view of which coverages are non-compliant, compliant, missing, or waived.
3. Policy Compliance Breakdown
The Policy compliance breakdown section offers a further breakdown of the current compliance status of each policy. This shows which fields are currently filled in on the Policy's Compliance Checklist and if the current field value is compliant or not.
Non-Compliant: means the coverage is listed as included in the Policy and either the listed coverage is not enough or the field int he checklist is not filled in.
Missing: means the coverage is missing from the Policy(ies)
Waived: means a Waiver was approved by the Lender for a specific coverage or requirement limit.
Compliant: means the coverage is listed in the Policy and the amount/limit of coverage is compliant.
Users can refer back to this tab as frequently as desired during the compliance process to monitor the compliance progress of the Case.
