After reviewing a policy, the platform can provide users with a list of the outstanding, non-compliant items for each policy.
Policy revisions give your team a clear, exportable list of outstanding compliance items for any policy.
There are two ways to access the Policy Revisions: from inside the Policy object and from the Case Intelligence feature.
What You'll Learn
A — Access Policy Revisions from inside a Policy (Steps 1–2)
B — Access Policy Revisions from Case Intelligence (Steps 1–3)
A. How to Access Policy Revisions from inside a Policy
Step 1: Navigate to the Desired Policy
Open the Case and click on the "Policies" tab.
Select the Policy.
Note: If the user wants to see the revisions for more than one policy, first one policy must be selected. In a further step we will show how to view the revisions for more than one policy.
In the top right, click "Policy Revisions".
Step 2: Select Policies to View Revisions For
A new screen will pop out and allow the selection of one or more policies to view the revisions for.
Click the check box next to each policy you wish to view the revisions for.
If there is any feedback it will appear in the feedback box. If no revisions appear for a selected policy, this means the policy is compliant.
Note: We do our best to keep all Lender profiles up to date to ensure compliance based on their requirements; however, compliance requirements vary by Lender. If you notice an issue with the feedback based on your Lender's requirements, please notify our team so we can correct it.
Once the desired policy revisions are selected, click "Copy Revisions" to copy the revisions to your clipboard.
The revisions can now be pasted into an email or word document to be actioned per your team's workflow.
