Estimated time: 5 min

This guide outlines the purpose and explains how to generate a Coverage Report in the Advocate Platform.

What You'll Learn

  • 01 — Generate the Coverage Report (Step 1)

  • 02 — Review the Compliance Report PDF (Step 2)

What It Does

Advocate's customizable coverage reports provide a list of compliance requirements based on the Risk Profile and current policies in a Case.

When a Risk Profile is updated in the Advocate system with new requirements, the Coverage Report will automatically reflect the updated requirements.

Tip: Check the Coverage Reports when doing policy renewals each year. The reports can be sent to brokers and borrowers to help them place compliant renewal policies.

Step 1: Generate the Coverage Report

  • Open the desired Case and from any tab, click "Case Intelligence" in the top right of the page.

  • Click "Coverage Report."

  • Select the desired coverage groups, assets, and policies which should be included in the report.

  • Then choose the report structure and the way the requirements should display.

  • Click "Generate Report."

  • The report will automatically download as a PDF.

Step 2: Review the Compliance Report PDF

  • The actual report will show the Coverage Type, Required Value for compliance, Current Value listed in the compliance checklist, and field value Status.
