The Price Detail Report allows users to see the real-time market pricing for their entire portfolio. This includes the Rate on Line (RoL) per 1000% of coverage.
Note: This report is live and lives in the Advocate Platform and cannot be exported.
How to Use the Price Detail Report:
STEP 01 - Select the Price Detail Report
From the Reports Dashboard, select the “Price Detail” report.
STEP 02 - Filter the Report Data
Use the drop-downs at the top of the report to filter the Price Detail data you wish to see from your portfolio.
Choose from the following Policy filters: Status, Insurance Product, and Renewal Dates.
STEP 03 - Select Visible Columns
Select the columns you wish to display by clicking “Columns” and checking or unchecking the box next to the desired choices.
Choose to display any combination of the available columns:
Pricing & Benchmarking: Match Quality, Market Median, Actual RoL, Delta %, $ vs Market, Premium, Exposure (TIV), Market Q25, and Market Q75.
Policy Attributes: Renewal Date, Carrier, Asset Type, Insurance Product, and State.
STEP 04 - Browse Your Portfolio Data
Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the report to browse the data for your portfolio.
You’re now able to access, filter, and customize the Price Detail Report to view real-time market pricing for your portfolio.
